With the purpose of having blocks that altogether create a city that is friendly for transiting, inclusive for pedestrians and people with disabilities, it is essential that each block includes a green space at the center.

The blocks consist of buildings that, placed in different ways, respond to the needs of the users who inhabit it.
Each building includes commercial stores on the first floor and the residential area is on the upper floors.
Commerce creates movement and activity in the city and the block open to the central green area invites the user to enter the buildings making this area more walkable and safe.
